HIWASTE MFG. RETURN POLICY
Sales Final and Limited Resolution Policy
At HIWASTE MFG., all sales are final.
No Returns or Refunds
All products are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Project delays or cancellations
- Compatibility or fit issues
- Site conditions, access limitations, or permitting issues
Once an order is placed, production, preparation, or allocation may begin immediately.
Inspection and Acceptance
Customers are responsible for inspecting products upon pickup or delivery. Any visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to report issues within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the product in its delivered condition.
Manufacturing or Workmanship Issues
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If a product is found, at our sole discretion, to have a manufacturing defect or workmanship issue, HIWASTE MFG. may elect to:
- Repair the product
- Replace the affected component
- Provide another reasonable remedy
Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
Exclusions and Limitations
This policy does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic variations that do not affect performance
- Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, or lack of maintenance
- Damage occurring after delivery or pickup
- Third-party transport or handling issues
HIWASTE MFG. is not responsible for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including loss of use, loss of revenue, or project delays.
Discretion and Resolution
We value long-term relationships and customer satisfaction. While this policy applies to all sales, we encourage customers to contact us with any concerns. Any resolution offered is at the sole discretion of HIWASTE MFG. and does not create a precedent for future claims.
