New week, new work orders. Our crew is starting up a new batch of dumpsters under the shop tent, and it's a good excuse to walk through how each one gets built, from bare steel to a finished unit ready for a job site.
Built In-House, Start to Finish
Every dumpster we build starts as flat steel panels, cut and squared up before assembly. The panels are welded seam to seam for a fully sealed body, then the frame, wheels, and hardware go on. Nothing is outsourced, so the same crew that welds the shell also does the final inspection before a unit ever leaves the yard.
Every Size, Ready When You Need It
We keep a rotation of sizes and styles moving through the shop at once, from self-dumping hoppers to roll-off and hooklift dumpsters, so there's usually something in progress or already finished and ready to go. Building in batches like this keeps our stock full instead of scrambling to fill one order at a time.
Fast Turnaround Keeps You Moving
Because everything is built in-house on Oahu, we're not waiting on a mainland order or a shipping container to arrive before we can get you equipment. That means shorter lead times, and if something ever needs a repair or a part down the road, the same shop that built it can take care of it.
