Every dumpster we sell starts and ends in our Honolulu shop. From the first piece of assembly to the day a unit is ready for pickup, our crew handles each step in house, and we hold every step to our quality standard before the next one begins. Here is a look at how a 40 yard roll-off dumpster comes together, with photos from our latest build.
Assembly in Our Shop
Each dumpster begins as a steel shell assembled by our own crew under the cover of our shop. Building in house means we keep a close eye on fit and finish from the very first step, so a problem gets caught early instead of at the end. The units in this photo are still in assembly.
Adding the Hooks
Next, the hooks go on. Our roll-off and hooklift dumpsters are built to be picked up by hooklift trucks, so the hook has to be right. With the hooks added, the unit is checked again before it moves on to finishing.
Priming Before Paint
Before any paint goes on, every unit gets a coat of primer. Priming is complete on the 40 yard dumpster shown here, and it gives the topcoat a solid base to hold onto. Getting this step right sets up everything that comes after it.
Painting In House
Once priming is done, our crew paints each dumpster in the same covered shop. A clean, even coat is part of our quality standard, and it helps protect the steel on busy job sites across Oahu.
Final Checks and Safety Labels
Before a dumpster is called complete, it goes through a final quality check. Safety labels and decals go on, and the crew looks the unit over one last time. Only dumpsters that meet our standard are cleared for pickup.
Ready for Pickup, Backed by Warranty
Finished dumpsters wait in our shop, ready for pickup. Every dumpster comes with a 1 year workmanship warranty, so you can count on the way it was built. We also keep dumpsters in stock in sizes from 6 to 40 yards with fast turnaround, which saves you time and shipping costs and keeps your business rolling.
